Mission Summary
Boradis III, home to a small Federation outpost established in 2231 outside the reaches of Federation territory. It was a desolate world, mostly barren and nearly voided of animal life. It became home to frontiersmen of the Federation colonist who bravely went where no one had gone before. Into the darkness and the unknown to establish a new world and civilization, but they are no longer alone. Isolated the Federation the last screams of men, women, and children sends the USS Musashi to their aid only to find themselves too late. Like the missing colony of Roanoke from ancient Earth, nothing remains except the facility and minimal technology.
The planet has seemingly changed abruptly over night. No longer having a breathable atmosphere for humanoid life. With environmental suits equipped, away team from the USS Musashi must beam down in search for answers. What they find leaves them with more questions than answers, but the answers they seek lurk in the shroud of shadows around them. A close encounter with a startling new species and the resurfacing of an old threat leads the USS Musashi into battle and sinks the Federation into yet another deadly war.
